GOAL 8: DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH

Meeting the targets of Sustainable Development Goal 8, Decent Work and Economic Growth, will ensure economic progress for our countries can happen in harmony with social inclusion and environmental sustainability.

As the world weathers challenging economic conditions, decent employment opportunities must be provided. Labour market inequalities reflected in gender pay gaps must be tackled, and young people must have access to secure employment opportunities.

At Hegelmann, we are committed to creating work opportunities that prioritise fair wages, safe working conditions, and equal opportunities for all our employees. The transportation sector has a key role in creating economic growth and providing quality jobs.
